도진:  뭐 훔칠 만한 거 있어요?

Looking for something to steal?

 

이수:  깜짝이야. You scared me.

어디 갔다 와요? Where did you go?

 

도진:  커피 사러. To buy coffee.

점심 맛있게 먹었나 우리 애인?

Did my girlfriend have a good lunch?

 

이수:  뭐 자기 없으면 밥도 못 먹을 까봐.

You don’t think I can eat without you?

20분 후면 5교시 수업이라 빨리 들어가 봐야 되거든요.

I gotta hurry back for the 5^th period class in 20 minutes.

 

도진:  20분씩이나 남았어요?

You still have 20 minutes left?

내 인생에서 20분이나 할애할 만큼 예쁘진 않은데.

You’re not pretty enough to use up 20 minutes of my time.

 

이수:  살다 살다 별 소릴 다 듣는다 진짜.

도진:  어, 더 못생겨졌다. You just got uglier.

어디 깜깜한 데로 갈래요? 야외라서 확 티가 나네.

근데 어디가요? 차에 비행기표 있던데.

Are you going somewhere?

I saw plane tickets in your car.

 

도진:  아, 전에 봤던 그 아이가 가요.

The kid you saw the other day is leaving.

난 서이수씨 두고 어디 못 가지.

I can’t go anywhere without you.

 

이수:  간데요? He’s leaving?

 

도진:  안 간대도 보내야죠.

Even if he doesn’t want to, we have to send him.

아직 어리고, 걱정도 되고.

He’s still young and we are worried.

 

이수:  누가 걱정되는데요? Who are you worried about?

첫사랑 김은희씨? Your first love, Kim Eun Hee?

 

도진:  당신이요. You.

신경 쓰고 있잖아요. It’s on your mind.

보내고 올 테니까 기다려요.

I’ll drop him off and come back. Wait for me.

 

이수:  지금 봤는데 또 요? We just saw each other, you wanna meet again?

 

도진:  하루에 밥 몇 끼 먹어요?

How many meals do you eat a day?

 

이수:  세 끼. Three.

 

도진:  밥도 세 끼 먹는데 하루에 두 번 보면 안 돼요?

You even eat 3 meals a day, we can’t meet twice a day?
